  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    Wash and peel the carrots. Peel and segment the oranges. If you're using ginger, peel and chop a small piece.

  2. Ditch the Pith and remove seed of orange

    Remove the white pith and We take out the seeds from the middle of the orange using a spoon or knife by cutting them from centre.

  3. Choppe the carrot

    Take those freshly peeled carrots and chop them into a round shape.

  4. Blend carrot and Orange

    Add carrot and orange in the juicer and blender.Add 2inch of ginger  Blend carrot and Orange in mixer until juice come out.

    Run Juicer on medium speed for 2 minutes,until the mixture become pulpy and crushed.

    Grind continues until all the juice has been extracted and only the pulp of the mixture remains in the mixer jar.

  5. Transfer Pulp in stainer

    After extracted the juice, Transfer remaining pulp in a stainer.

  6. Extract juice from pulp

    Pulp in stainer, press with teaspoon or tablespoon until all juice extract from the pulp.

    Keep pressing with a spoon until the pulp dries up.

  7. Add Blacksalt

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of blacksalt.

     

  8. Add Sugar Powder(Boora)

    Add 1 tablespoon of Sugar Powder and mix well until sugar powder dissolve.

  9. Serve

    Juice is ready to serve. Pour it into your glass and Enjoy!
