  • 4 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar (According to your taste)

  • 3 tbsp Grated Coconut

  3. Add Bread PowderAdd The bread powder in a ghee and stir continuosly.
  4. Rost Bread Powder

    Roast the bread powder until they turn golden brown.

  5. Add Milk

    Add Milk in roasted Bread.Once the milk has come to a boil, reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.

  6. Sweetening

    Add sugar and continue to cook on low heat until the bread have soaked up the milk, and the kheer has thickened. This may take around 15-20 minutes.

  7. Flavoring

    Add cardamom powder and saffron strands (if using) to the kheer. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
