This juice is made by my mom in my childhood for keep me healthy and nurture my eyesight. it's like a family secret for well-being passed down through the years. People drink mix juice like ornage, pinapple, grapes,pears but you must have to try this.

This juice is full of a fantastic mix of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This juice can help to boost your immune system, keep your eyes healthy, and might even help with your digestion strong. It's not just yummy, it's super healthy too. 

Ingredients
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 Amla
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 tsp Blacksalt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 1 Lemon (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Prepare Ingredients

    First of all,we peel the carrots, oranges, and beetroot. Strip away the outer layers to reveal the fresh and colorful insides. 

    Then After peeling we chop the carrot, amla, beetroot, tomato and nimbu and Do remove the pith,seeds and the white layers from the orange segments.

  2. Mix

    We'll combine all the chopped vegetables and fruits together. The reason for mixing them together is to extract a blended juice when we feed them into the juicer. This ensures that the juice is thoroughly mixed.

  3. Add in Mixer or Blender

    We'll start putting the entire mixture into the blender, adding it gradually in small portions.Run the mixer or blender on low to medium speed for several seconds, until the mixture becomes pulpy and mixture get crushed. 

    Transfer Juice in Jug.

  4. Transfer Pulp in cotton cloth

    Take a New and clean cotton piece of cloth and transfer pulp in that cloth,tie it tight from up side.

    we take cotton cloth because with the help of all cloth all will be extracted using a cotton cloth comparision to other method.

    Second Method: Keep a Strainer over a jug and set pulp in a Strainer and squeeze it with the help of spoon.

  5. Squeeze it tight

    Now, we will tightly squeeze the cotton cloth to extract all the juice.

  6. Add Black salt

    Add 1/2 tablespoon blacksalt in juice and mix well.

  7. Add Sugar Powder (Optional)

    Add 1 table spoon in a juice and it is fully optional. 

  8. Refrigerate the juice

    Refrigerate the juice for 15-20 for a cool and refreshing treat later.

  9. Serve

    Now,Pour juice in glasses and serve Mix Juice.
