  1. Deep Fryer or Deep Pan: For the heroic act of frying. If you're feeling brave, a deep pan works just fine.
  2. Mixing Bowls: To whip up that besan batter.

Prepare spinach Leaves

  1. Chop Leaves

    Rinse the palak leaves very well and chop the spinach leaves.Keep aside

Making spinach with seasoning

  1. Add Besan

    Add 1 cup besan in the spinach leaves.

  2. Add Spices

    Next add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric,1 teaspoon red chilli powder,1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 chopped green chilli,1/2 teaspoon amchur powder, 1 teaspoon coriender powder, ginger paste and salt to taste,

Making Batter

  1. Add Water

    Add water in parts. Remember the spinach will release water once they are mixed with salt and the ground spices. So be careful while adding water.

  2. Mix Well

    Add Water As necessary and keep aside until oil get heat and after heating oil mix relase water.  

Fry Pakoda

  1. Heat Oil

    Add oil in the kadhai or in Pan.

  2. Check Oil

    Put 1 Pakoda in the to check the oil is ready to fry or not.

  3. Oil Is Ready

    One oil is ready to fry, add 4-5 pakoda  in the kadhai and fry them until get crunchy and crisp.

  4. Remove Excessive oil

    one the pakoda is ready Turn out them with slotted spoon to drain the excessive oil from pakoda.

  5. Put Out on paper

    One the oil is drained turn out them on tissue paper or on paper foil.

  6. Serve

    Put your Palak Pakodas on a plate. You can sprinkle a little extra spice if you want. Serve them with ketchup, Tea or whatever you like to dip in.
